Aisha Hinds

Aisha Jamila Hinds is an American actress best recognized for her performances on the TV series "The Shield" and "True Blood'. Since her 2003 debut Aisha Jamila Hilds has demonstrated her acting versatility with her outstanding performances on TV shows like "9-1-1," "Detroit One8-7' as well as Under the Dome. Her first recognition came from her performance as Anna in the film "Assault on the Precinct 13". It was however her role as women's right campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer on the biographical film "All the Way" that ultimately earned her the recognition she deserves as an actor.
